No separate affiliate platform, no application to fill out — every Gangway workspace already has a referral link, and this page is just the public version of it. It pays out both sides: your referral gets a discount, you get a free month.
How it works
Sign in (or start a trial), open Settings, and copy your referral link. Share it with a web agency, freelance developer, or a11y consultant you think would actually use Gangway — not a mass list, a real recommendation.
The terms
Whoever signs up through your link gets a welcome discount on their first payment. Once their subscription goes active, your own subscription's next renewal is free — applied automatically, no waiting on a human to notice. No cap on how many. If a reward doesn't show up on your account within a day of your referral subscribing, reach out at support@porthatch.app.
Who this is actually for
People already in a position to make a real recommendation: a11y consultants who need a tool for their own reporting, freelance developers maintaining a portfolio of client sites, and web-agency owners talking to peers who run similar shops. If that's not you, the referral link still works, but this program isn't built around cold affiliate marketing at volume — there's no cookie-stuffing angle here, just a thank-you for a genuine referral.
What's not built yet
No public leaderboard, no tiered payout rates for high-volume referrers — those are only worth building once there's enough referral volume to justify the engineering, not before. What exists today is a working link and an automatic, honest reward on both sides.
